“ The only less positive side were the pillows, they were excessively big and we ended up sleeping with no pillows (and getting a mild neck pain ) ”
“ Stayed here for 2 nights in a single room. Hotel is affordable with price range around 60-80 euros per night (feb. 2024). Room is spatious and clean with enough room to store luggage. Bathroom is really big and clean too with shower, toilet and mirror and sink. You will definitely have a good stay here. Beds are comfortable enough, though in winter i prefer little bit warmer blankets. Staff is friendly and in lobby you can get a variety of drinks, including wine, beer and a few cocktails for reasonable prices. Solo rooms do not have a door towards the bathroom. Some things to be aware of when bookin this hotel: - Room has no (small) safe to put in personal belongings - There is no kettle for some tea or coffee on the room - There is no airconditioning on the rooms, but there is a window that will open. Location: Location is not ideal. Its outside the city centre. Nearest S-bahn stations are Elbbrücken, Hammerbrook and Rothenburgsort, all in about 10-15 minutes walking from hotel. Alternatively you could take bus 3 from Billhorner Brückenstraße towards Stadionstraße (every 10 minutes - feb. 2024) ”
“ Great to walk to from the rail or the bus. Rooms are comfortable and cheap. Creepy electric mirrors above headboards. Annoying light all night. Not worth the money for breakfast unless you're really lazy. Left luggage available. Good stay. ”
“ Rooms are super spacious and modern but unfortunately we found bed bugs in bed. When we noticed the staff they didn’t apologize or said anything regarding the situation. ”
“ Stayed here for 3 days. Family, that run this hotel, were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly clean. But it was a bit cold, especially in the bathroom- I guess here the fees for heating are quite high shouldn’t forget they had tough time during this pandemic. The only problem that should be fixed: Sometimes it smelled like someone was smoking in the building it shouldn’t be like that in a hotel ”
